Their courtyard was so peaceful. The staff was very curtius. The rooms for US standards where lacking. For MIX STANDARDS more upper class.
Smack in the middle of downtown Durango so I left my car and got to walk everywhere. All the best places are so close by. My room was big, spacious and very clean. Service was very good, with extra friendly staff. The best: price could not be beaten. Restaurant was good too...but without vegan options.

In had a great time here! We stayed approximately 2 weeks! Diego was an amazing help from the beginning to sending me any requests videos pics and etc to make sure my family and I were going to be comfortable for our stay. I honestly cannot remember the other gentleman but he was there majority of our stay he was also an amazing help! (Sorry for not remembering) I believe he is the one in charge. It’s close to downtown Durango which I loved we were able to walk and they even recommended places to try out. Breakfast was awesome! The ladies in the kitchen are lovely! I had no issues at all… I stayed in the apartment complex that’s has 4 beds. No crazy noise or traffic. I know where to go when I come back! I strongly recommend this hotel! I know ideally people tend to write negative reviews but no place is perfect and they tend to give the positive in it… I would like to thank all of the staff there for being so tentative.
Es un lugar es un lugar muy tranquilo y con la ubicación muy céntrica, tiene un Ambiente familiar y me agradaron mucho las instalaciones, están muy bien ordenadas me sorprende que en poco espacio tenga bastantes habitaciones y todas las habitaciones tienen su exclusividad. El internet pues sí está de muy baja calidad porque como debe ser un lugar muy grande y las paredes pues retienen mucho el wi-fi, pues baja la señal de repente hay internet y luego se va. Aun que iba de vacaciones no preste mucha atención. Y la alimentación Está muy rica, tiene de todo. Salvo el detalle de la Alberca que pues está el agua fría y de repente está el agua verde. Luego lo arreglan. pero sí tiene opciones como para estar en una habitación con jacuzzi y aparte el agua ahí siempre hay agua calientita y nunca faltó agua el aire acondicionado ventilador de techo y pues está muy cómodo agradable muy silencioso para pesar de que es el centro histórico de la ciudad de Durango me parece un lugar muy muy tranquilo para un buen descanso pasamos unas excelentes vacaciones, había un GYM muy cómodo y agradable, le falta un dispensador de agua. Fuimos al Festival Revueltas y ahí quedaba todo cerca, todos los eventos que había en la Plaza de Armas y en la IV Centenario. íbamos y veníamos y estaba muy muy muy muy padre se los recomiendo. Y tiene un estacionamiento muy amplio y seguro.
